- Provide updated project pricing.
- Craft updated NPV Calculators.
- Make sure that amendments and requests to NPV computations are accomplished.
- Provide computation and advice on payment terms to sellers.
- Perform Land Acquisition Tasks such as collating information and documentation regarding selected properties.
- Create Financial Feasibility Study on Land Acquisition projects and provide presentation materials for Board Meeting
- Assist in crafting the monthly presentation of the division.
- Perform regular payment obligations of the division (ex. HOA dues)
- Facilitate in the Open House and other related Marketing events of the division.
