Bring your curiosity to work as our next Business Development Specialist. You will be part of our Sales team reporting to Business Line Manager Industrial Air. In this role, your mission is to:

Grow substantially the market share for Industrial Gases and High-Pressure solutions. Start the process alone to point out that opportunities do exist and drag all the sales teams into the process by setting a business example.

Develop Sales in Poland and support the existing sales team for all GG/HP applications. Define challenging but achievable SMARTgoals for business and people.

Prepare a business plan for the Poland implementation through close cooperation with the sales team and Business Line Manager.

 You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
