We help people understand and improve their health through comprehensive assessments including DEXA body composition scans and bloodwork paired with an AI-powered dashboard, combined with expert guidance and ongoing support. Since 2024, we have served thousands of members.

Our mission is to help people take control of their long- term health before problems arise. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding beyond one time health assessments to a membership based model focused on building lasting relationships with our members throughout their health journey. Strategic partnerships with businesses, health care providers, fitness professionals and community organizations will play a key role in helping people discover and join Benchmark.
