About the Role
Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, consolidating the disconnected tech stack that holds service-based businesses back. Starting with MSPs, we’ve spent five years perfecting accounts receivable and are now expanding into accounts payable, AI‑powered analytics, and beyond.
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid – Downtown Toronto office 3‑4 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting into targeted accounts through cold calling (80‑100 calls per day), email, and social outreach; research accounts, personalize messaging, and consistently generate qualified meetings that convert into pipeline.
- Operate with discipline and consistency against daily activity targets; maintain accurate CRM hygiene, track performance metrics, and continuously test and refine outreach strategies.
