- Lead generation via phone, e‑mail, and social selling (LinkedIn) in the UK and Scandinavian markets
- First contact and qualification of inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
- Identification of key pain points, relevant KPIs, business drivers, and project parameters
- Buying center analysis: identifying relevant stakeholders, their roles, priorities, and levels of influence
- Accurate CRM documentation of all outreach activities, call notes, processes, and stakeholders
- Recording and maintaining opt‑ins for targeted communication touchpoints
- Creating a comprehensive qualification profile for a smooth handover to our Sales Managers
- Close collaboration with Sales leadership to refine our pipeline strategies and outbound approach
