About the role

As a Business Development Representative for TQLogistics Mexico, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting cross‑border logistics services for TQLogistics Mexico’s customer, TQL. This position is based in Monterrey, MX, but will require relocation to San Antonio, TX for a 6‑month training period. After completing the training, you will return to Monterrey to help open our new office and continue your role.

• Identifying and developing potential accounts for TQL, including initiating contact, building relationships, and qualifying opportunities.
• Facilitating the closing of Mexico cross‑border account opportunities within an assigned geographic region.
