Join BMC as a Business Development Representative in our Madrid, Spain Digital Center of Excellence. The role focuses on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan and reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Play a key role using digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales reps.
• Directly impact the pipeline, helping the team close deals more efficiently and effectively.
• Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
• Ensure enablement and training are part of the daily operating rhythm.
