Business Development Representative (BDR)
We are a B2B sales and marketing agency seeking a Business Development Representative to conduct outreach to IT managers in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to IT managers in target markets.
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings between the IT manager and our client’s sales representatives.
- Collaborate with sales experts from partners such as Intel, Dell and Fujitsu as part of our Warm Handover process.
- Participate in a four‑week onboarding program in Las Rozas to develop industry knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in native English and Spanish.
- Proficient at conducting business calls and building a network of decision‑makers.
- Able to work in Spain legally and commit to a full‑time position.
- Early‑morning shift, 30 hours per week.
