We’re looking for a driven and organised Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating net-new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, while also supporting our Field Sales Representatives with essential administrative and pipeline activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts to determine suitability for field sales engagement (BANT criteria: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospects' current challenges, business needs.
