As Ribbon’s BDR, you’ll help build our top-of-funnel by identifying great accounts, breaking into high-value organizations, and booking demos that fuel our GTM engine.

You do not need traditional BDR experience. We are looking for someone smart, curious, fearless, and full of raw energy. We can train you on sales. What we cannot train is hunger, confidence, work ethic, and the willingness to do the hard things most people avoid.

We have just added a new Head of Sales and are entering a major growth phase. If you want to join an early-stage AI company right as the GTM engine is about to take off, this is the launchpad.
