About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Technology Services & Outsourcing business. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and promoting technology outsourcing and managed service solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and public sector accounts
- Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement and Business stakeholders
- Drive sales pipeline, proposals and commercial discussions
- Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Work closely with delivery and project teams to develop customer solutions
- Participate in tenders, RFPs and solution presentations
