**About the Role**This Business Development Manager role is focused on generating new business with US-based clients through outbound sales.The role requires building pipeline from scratch, developing outbound strategies, and closing new business for BPO services across industries such as Legal, Tech Support, and Healthcare.
**Responsibilities**- Build and own the outbound sales motion, including lead generation processes and SLAs.
- Develop and manage ABM target account lists across multiple verticals.
- Hire, ramp, and coach BDRs through call reviews, role-plays, and objection handling.
- Track activity, quality, and pipeline metrics to drive consistent performance.
- Ensure compliance with outbound sales regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with Rev Ops and leadership on pipeline management, late-stage deals, and proposals.
