Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing new client relationships for Recruitment, Contract Staffing, RPO, Payroll, and Workforce Solutions services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in hunting for new business opportunities, opening new accounts, building strategic client relationships, and generating sustainable revenue growth.
This is a highly visible growth-focused role with significant opportunities to contribute to the expansion of the organization into new industries and market segments, including Pharma & Life Sciences, IT Services, Engineering, Manufacturing, and GCCs.
