About the Role
The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in Finmo's go-to-market organization. You will be responsible for driving outbound pipeline generation while helping establish the foundations, processes, and best practices that will support future team growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and building. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to identify opportunities, engage prospective customers, and continuously improve how Finmo generates pipeline across global markets.
While the role remains highly hands‑on and focused on prospecting and pipeline generation, you will also have the opportunity to shape business development playbooks, outreach frameworks, tooling, qualification methodologies, and onboarding materials as the function evolves.
