Business Development Manager
Old Dutch Foods is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and manage Independent Contractors and Sales Representatives within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and expense targets within assigned budgets
- The ability to coach and lead the Independent Contractors and Company Sales Personnel in identifying and closing account development opportunities. I.e. space, merchandising, promotion, and distribution.
- Identify and close development opportunities within retail grocery and convenience accounts
- Improve route efficiency and increase market penetration through route additions and route engineering
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team and foster relationships with Independent Contractors through hands‑on field sales work withs and dock to docks.
