  • Own the  entire sales lifecycle  from lead identification and nurturing, to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. 
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimates, Solutioning, and documentation. 
  • Maintain and report a  robust sales pipeline , ensure accurate sales forecasting, and meet quarterly revenue targets. 
  • Create high-impact, customized proposals on  Upwork and other marketplaces , increasing bid-to-win ratio. 
  • Manage online profiles (e.g., Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms) and ensure consistent engagement and visibility. 
  • Optimize bidding strategies based on marketplace trends and buyer behavior. 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various regions. 
  • Conduct consultative sales calls and follow-ups to understand project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
