Base: $55,000 – $85,000 (negotiable) based on experience

Commission: Paid on Gross Margin | OTE: $115K-$150K | Uncapped

Requirements

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in 3PL — non-negotiable
• Proven track record closing freight business
• You know how to build a pipeline from zero
• Strong negotiator who holds margin without losing clients
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working without hand-holding
