We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Maitland. This role is perfect for a leasing consultant looking to move into BDM, or a Property Manager eager to expand into business development. We will mould the role around the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture incoming leads (we had 10 just last week!)
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Organically grow the rent roll (80 properties added in 12 months)
- Develop and maintain client databases
- Collaborate with leasing consultants to drive results
- Conduct market updates and provide insights
What We Offer:
- Base award wage + commission structure (extra $12k in commissions possible in 6 months
