As Business DevelopmentManager– Partnerships, you will act as bothheadhunterand dealmaker for Mondia's growth across the EU andMEA markets, based out of Madrid. You will proactivelyidentify, approach, and secure new strategic partners — primarily internationalOTTs across verticals (Entertainment, VOD, Lifestyle, Music Streaming…)— building a strong pipeline of opportunities from first contact through to signed commercial agreement. You will own revenue targets for your portfolio, cultivate seniorrelationships, and work closely withTechnical Account Management,MarketingandProduct tobring partners and profitable value propositionsto market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business and partnership opportunities across the EU & MEA through proactive prospecting, negotiation, and commercial deal closure.
  • Lead outreach and first-line engagement with prospective partners-primarilyOTTApps-through toeffective deal closing.
