Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in the regional Government. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and managing opportunities through government tenders, RFPs, and formal bidding processes. You will proactively identify key stakeholders, contacts, and institutional decision makers in the Government, present BLS offerings for upcoming opportunities, and seek potential partners to bid or service contracts jointly.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, track, and assess regional government tender opportunities across relevant platforms and publications.
- Lead the end‑to‑end bid process, from initial PQQ/RFI through to final submission and post‑bid clarification.
