About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager LATAM to lead the growth of the Radiofrequency business across Latin America, leveraging the distribution channel in each country. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing the regional strategy, strengthening distributor partnerships, driving clinical adoption, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the LATAM business development strategy for the Radiofrequency portfolio, adjusting plans based on healthcare, economic, and competitive dynamics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts in partnership with local distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and reference centers.
