We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager within our Halifax office or to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients over the telephone, arranging meetings to understand their specific needs and build successful business relationships.
• Obtain specific job descriptions to advertise vacancies to attract the best candidates.
• Negotiate terms in a professional manner.
• Sourcing candidates to match clients’ requirements.
• Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interview, ensuring they are fully briefed on job descriptions and any necessary specific instructions.
• Negotiating offers between clients and candidates to a successful conclusion.
• Building a successful portfolio of clients.
