SuperStaff is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our client base, particularly in US and other international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for our outsourcing and staffing solutions.
You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and the CEO to drive company growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
- Research target companies and decision-makers using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
