Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead client meetings and negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Prepare annual sales budgets, monthly targets, and forecasts, and ensure timely achievement.
- Build, mentor, and manage the business development team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc.) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and services.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, addressing issues and resolving concerns effectively.
