Business Development Manager F&B

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all activities related to new outlet setup and opening.

Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of outlet development projects.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational readiness prior to opening.

Ensure all new outlets are launched successfully and achieve smooth operational commencement.

Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor operational performance, service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Identify operational challenges and implement corrective action plans where necessary.

Collaborate with outlet managers and operational teams to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and profitability across all outlets.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports to the Board of Directors.
