Business Development Manager – EO / Geospatial for Infrastructure Remote - based in Italy or Spain Up to €80k base - €120k OTE We’re hiring for a fast‑growing Earth Observation start‑up to make their first dedicated Business Development hire. You’ll work directly with the founders, own the commercial push into the infrastructure sector , and have a clear path to build and lead the sales function as the company scales. The role: Title: Business Development Manager (first sales hire) Location: Remote in Spain or Italy (ideally near a major airport) Focus: Commercialising EO‑driven services for: Linear infrastructure monitoring (e.g. roads, railways), Road construction progress and quality monitoring Customers: Large construction / infrastructure corporates and their subcontractors across Spain and Europe You’ll open new doors and take existing EO products and pilots and turn them into repeatable revenue in the infrastructure space.
