Leading global law firm with a substantial presence in Dublin are recruiting a Business Development Manager to work with their Regional UK/I team.

Working alongside two other BD Managers, you will play a key role in developing strategy for business development across Practice Groups and in collaboration with the team in London. You will also act as a key mentor for junior members of the team, supporting them in their career growth and learning.


In your role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing BD plans, budgets and strategies for Practice Groups, including setting clear KPIs and objectives for success.

  • Using technologies, market research and industry information to develop strategic objectives for Practice Group leaders.

  • Tracking success and maintaining accurate reports and data on the CRM.

  • Preparing content for marketing purposes in line with other members of the MBD team.
