Hiring: Business Development Manager (US ERP Sales)
Locations: Noida & Bangalore
Shift: US EST (Night Shift)
We are looking for a senior ERP sales professional. If your background is in domestic sales, recruitment sales, digital marketing, BPO, SaaS SMB sales, or non-ERP IT sales, this role is not a fit.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- 8+ years of experience in ERP/Enterprise IT Services Sales
- Strong experience selling to North American (US/Canada) customers
- Hands-on experience selling ERP solutions and enterprise IT services
- Proven enterprise sales and new business acquisition experience
- Experience leading or mentoring Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
