The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of financial advisors and expanding the Groups advisor network through targeted recruitment. The role implements Group growth initiatives, strengthens advisor performance and supports the adoption of approved technologies. Through disciplined relationship management, commercial analysis and collaboration across the Group, the BDM helps advisors broaden their client propositions, improve client engagement and achieve agreed strategic growth objectives.
Your qualification :
A relevant bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, BusinessAdministration, Sales or a related discipline.
RE 1 and RE 5 (Advantageous)
