Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive net-new business growth and expand our market footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value ICT solution sales across corporate, enterprise, or public sector clients.
Core Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new enterprise and mid-market commercial accounts through strategic prospecting, networking, and social selling.
Solution-Led Selling: Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' business challenges, mapping our ICT service portfolio to their strategic goals.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a healthy, transparent sales pipeline. Consistently log activities, track deal stages, and provide accurate revenue forecasting using our CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
