About the Role
This Business Development Manager role is a key commercial role within Doctors Health Fund, which is part of the Avant Group. As part of the Marketing and Growth team it is responsible for driving sustainable membership growth and strengthening the Fund’s position as the preferred health insurance provider for Australia’s medical community. The role will achieve this through primarily activating Avant’s broader BDM network and by direct business development activity. Based in Sydney, this permanent full-time position sits at the intersection of cross-business unit collaboration, strategic planning and process optimization between DHF and other Avant businesses.
