Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the broker, intermediary, and advisor sales channels, defining the end-to-end strategy for acquisition, onboarding, activation, performance management, and retention.
- Build and deepen strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, aggregators, and key distribution partners to accelerate growth, expand coverage, and increase market penetration.
- Identify and execute market expansion opportunities and support entry across the whole region.
