Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within key regions, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and other areas as defined by Business Unit (BU) coverage and direction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct site assessments and present tailored solar PV proposals to potential clients.
- Advanced in managing CRM Salesforce to log, track and update all lead activities and statuses.
- Identify, negotiate and secure partnership deals with key channel partners, installers, and EPC contractors.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the partner onboarding and management process.
