About the Role
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for Contact Centre solutions through creative outreach strategies, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead‑generation activities.
- Understand and assess each client's unique business needs and expectations, recommending tailored solutions that deliver optimal value and service outcomes.
- Maintain a proactive and responsive approach in managing enquiries, follow-ups, and communications with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
