The Business Development Executive (Sales) is responsible for expanding REGENT Business School’s footprint by engaging corporate clients, government departments, and employer related partners such as BBBEE companies, Skills Development Facilitators and RBS Alumni. This role supports the institution’s growth through lead generation, strategic partnerships, client acquisition and customised education solutions, contributing directly to enrolments in both formal qualifications and short enrolments such a short learning programmes and workforce solutions.

  • New client acquisition and revenue targets met per region and sector
  • Volume and value of enrolments closed monthly
  • Sector-aligned solutions delivered across geographically aligned regions
  • Positive client feedback and retention indicators
  • Customer and client relationship management deliverables
  • CRM pipeline accuracy for current and potential opportunities
