We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to run targeted outbound outreach and consistently book qualified discovery meetings with hiring decision-makers in the UAE, KSA and wider Gulf Region.

What You’ll Do

• Run high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn) to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and business decision-makers.
• Research and target companies in Vision 2030 priority sectors (AI, energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, finance & fintech, etc.).
• Qualify needs, understand client talent challenges in the market (including localisation requirements) and book discovery calls for the senior team.
