BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead OGOG's outlet expansion, site development, and regional growth strategy.

This role will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, securing high-potential retail locations, overseeing new store development, and building a scalable expansion platform to support the company's long-term growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Expansion Strategy & Market Development

• Develop and execute OGOG's outlet expansion roadmap across Singapore and future regional markets.
• Identify and evaluate high-potential retail locations through demographic analysis, footfall studies, competitive benchmarking, and financial feasibility assessments.
• Build and maintain a long-term pipeline of strategic retail sites.
