We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support founder‑led sales execution.

Focus: phone follow‑ups, prospect engagement, meeting coordination, and pipeline movement.

All prospecting, targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy are already handled internally — this role is purely execution.

Success is measured by follow‑up discipline, response generation, and meetings scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with prospects after initial outreach and keep conversations active
  • Make outbound calls to senior decision‑makers
  • Re‑engage inactive opportunities and maintain momentum
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with the founder
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and track all interactions

Not Responsible For

  • Prospecting or lead generation
  • Account research or targeting
  • Messaging, campaigns, or sales strategy
