This is a front-end commercial role, not recruitment delivery, not account management. You'll open strategic conversations with senior decision-makers across international markets, learn how to sell complex solutions, and grow into independent commercial ownership over time.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Opening strategic conversations with senior stakeholders - CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, Heads of HR - across existing Salt clients and new target accounts
- Creating qualified commercial opportunities for senior leadership around embedded teams, nearshoring, and international talent solutions
- Researching and mapping target accounts before any outreach - bespoke messaging, not templates
- Running multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Joining live client meetings with senior leadership to learn how Salt positions and sells its solutions in real time <...
