We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Administrator to support our client’s business development team in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines administrative excellence with sales support, requiring someone who can juggle multiple priorities while contributing to their mission of connecting businesses globally.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through to conversion
- Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings
- Track and report on key sales metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure timely responses to prospects and clients
