We are growing our Real Estate & Buildings business and we are looking for a Business Developer to drive new opportunities in Spain and internationally. This is a front‑line commercial role focused on identifying, opening, and converting new business opportunities for EPCM, engineering, project management, and technical consulting services in the real‑estate sector. The ideal candidate is a commercial professional with a strong network in EPCM‑real‑estate and capable of positioning IPS as a trusted technical partner for the transformation and delivery of real‑estate assets.
