Key Responsibilities:
· Data Cleaning and Preprocessing : Clean and structure data to remove inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates. Prepare datasets through normalization, transformation, and encoding.
· Data Quality Management: Monitor and audit data quality on a regular basis, implementing actions to maintain and continuously improve data standards.
· Data Enrichment: Gather and integrate additional customer-related data (primarily from Salesforce CRM), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the defined data architecture. Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
· Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support business needs, including segmentation, structuring, and analytical use cases.
· Master Data Management: Contribute to and execute the Master Data Management strategy and roadmap.
