Business Coordinator — Chemicals Department | Madrid

At Excellentiam we are hiring a Business Coordinator for a leading Japanese multinational in trading and investment, present in over 60 countries, to join its Chemicals Department in Madrid.

This is a key role: you’ll be the link between clients, suppliers and an international team, making sure commercial operations run with precision and excellence.

Coordinate commercial activity: orders, contracts, logistics, invoicing and follow-up on payments and collections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance (REACH, AML, Security Trade Control, credit control).
• Support reporting, market research and continuous improvement through digital and AI tools. Spanish and English essential (Portuguese a plus).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and, ideally, SAP.
