Business Control Officer

As a Business Control Officer, you will be part of the Operational Effectiveness & Compliance team within the COO Finance COMET Department. The team, based in Amsterdam and Manila, performs quality assurance assignments across the COO Finance department on behalf of the global COO Finance management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance assignments on non‑financial and IT risk control activities locally and globally to enhance risk culture and awareness.
• Participate in designated projects, developments, or business initiatives, advising on non‑financial and IT risk controls.
• Collaborate effectively with different departments within COO Finance, internal business partners, and global functions such as ORM, IRM, CAS, and NFR.
