Job Overview

The position is a director‑level leader (BCPL) for Business Center (BC) in the Energy & Resources (E&R) sector, based in any E&R office within Eastern Canada. The role requires regular in‑office presence and travel within Eastern Canada. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce and develop a high‑performance culture focused on talent, innovation, productivity, excellence, and business performance. Build and develop technical delivery teams across the BC, Delivery Center (DC), Global Delivery Center (GDC), and other E&R sites. Lead or assign responsibility for technical project delivery, QAQC, discipline excellence, subject matter expertise, standardization, and best practices. Inspire, motivate, and hold the team accountable for the delivery of innovative design solutions.
