Attend inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide prompt assistance to clients. 

Interact professionally with US-based clients through email and other communication channels. 

Utilize MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data management and reporting. 

Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote work environment. 

Qualifications: 

Communication Skills : Excellent spoken English is required.
