The Talent and Skills Management Pod within the Talent, Skills & Legal Product Group under Corporate Platforms is responsible for the enterprise HR platforms that manage performance, talent, succession, workforce planning, and skills across the colleague lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Calibration, Succession Planning, Skills, and Talent Profiles.
