**Main Objective**:
Support VPE Direction in activities related with resources assignations per program, maintaining relevant information updated and available for use in a periodic base as well as the planning of the department in administrative tools implementation required for this purpose.

**Specific Functions**:
**Strategic**:
Ensure end to end process understanding for head count budget execution.
Ensure organizational charts accuracy, defining and implementing controls to ensure budget adherence.
**Operational**:
1) Planning & Coordination of activities to propose, get approvals and maintain the required resources of the Organization charts for the correct implementation of VPE Mex Projects.
2) Coordinate activities with the Managers and Supervisors to maintain updated organization charts related with VPE Mex Projects.
