Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Talent & LMS Support Analyst to provide operational support, configuration management, and troubleshooting for Workday Talent Management and Learning Management System (LMS) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday business processes, security, EIBs, integrations, ticket management, and LMS administration.Your future duties and responsibilities:
Workday Talent Management Support
Support and maintain Workday Talent & Skills business processes.
Configure and manage Workday security policies and security groups.
Troubleshoot and resolve Talent Management-related issues and user requests.
Support Talent Reviews, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Skills Management processes.
Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across Talent modules.
