We are looking for a highly self‑motivated, talented and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our Product team in Toronto. Reporting to the Director, Innovation and Digital Services, the Business Analyst position plays a key role in the insurance team comprised of full stack developers, quality assurance analysts, and product managers to implement best‑in‑class digital insurance products. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to solicit and manage product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product team to determine project scope in accordance with the product vision and prioritize the backlog.
